Several Special Issues of the International Transactions in Operations Research (ITOR) have been reserved for publication of papers presented at the IFORS Hawaii 2005 conference. Participants are invited and encouraged to submit full papers to the journal. Papers on all areas presented at the IFORS Hawaii 2005 conference are welcome. The Guest Editors for the Special Issues of ITOR are Professors Janny Leung (CUHK), Chris Tang (UCLA) and Stefan Voss (IWI-Hamburg).
