You will be charged for a one-night deposit at the time the reservation is confirmed. This deposit is refundable if cancelled no later than 48 hours prior to arrival.

Wyndham Miami Beach Resort - Some technical sessions will be held at the Wyndham, and a continuous shuttle service will be available between the Wyndham and Fontainebleau.  The Wyndham is a luxurious beachside resort offering a heated Olympic-sized pool, fitness center and spa, a water sports center, tennis and volleyball. The Wyndham is just a ten-minute walk from our headquarters hotel. Guest rooms include coffee maker, mini-bar and data port.

Rates
$159 single/double (plus resort service fee of $6.50 per person per night)
Plus 12.5% tax.
Children staying in the same room as their parents are free. 
There is a charge of $30 per night (plus tax) for an additional adult in the same room.
These rates are available from October 31 through November 9, 2001.

A limited number of rooms are available at the Sheraton Four Points Hotel, located next door to the Fontainebleau, INFORMS headquarters hotel.  Guest rooms at the Sheraton have great views of  the Atlantic Ocean or Intracoastal Waterway.  Each guestroom features a full range of amenities, including data ports, voicemail, coffee makers, and in-room safes.  The hotel pool and Jacuzzi are set in a lushly landscaped garden.  A fully equipped fitness room is also available to guests.
