A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the day of arrival by 12:00 Noon and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special INFORMS rates. Cut-off date is October 2, 2006. After that date, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates on a space-available basis.
Room Rebate: $4.00 of the hotel room rate per day will go towards the rental of the David L. Lawrence Convention Center for the 2006 INFORMS Annual Meeting.
