Rates
CAD $199 single/double occupancy (approximately US $168 as of Feb. 1, 2007)

Plus a 10% Provincial tax and 7% Goods and Services tax. Taxes are subject to change without notice.

The group rates will be honored three days before and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability at the time of reservation. Children under 18 years old staying in the same room as their parents are no additional charge.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least 24 hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number if obtained.

Cut-off Date: April 4, 2007
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special INFORMS rate. We anticipate that rooms will sell quickly and advise you to make reservations early, well before the cut-off date of March 28. After that date, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates on a space available basis.
