All registration rates admit you to the technical program and exhibits, plus continental breakfasts, lunches and evening receptions. A Proceedings and CD with presentation slides for every session on the program are also included.

Cancellations must be in writing, received no later than April 20, 2007 for a refund less a $50 processing fee. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute; you must notify us of the substitute’s name.
