Rates
Standard Room, single/double occupancy            $189.00  plus 13.5% tax

The group rates will be honored three days before group arrival and three days after group departure, subject to availability at time of reservation.

Children under 18 years old staying in the same room as their parents are free.

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation.  Such deposit shall serve to confirm the reservation for the date (s) indicated, and, upon check-in, shall be applied to the first night of the reserved stay.  This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival and a cancellation number is obtained.  All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is made.

Cut-off Date:  March 14, 2008
A limited number of rooms have been blocked at the special INFORMS rates. We anticipate that rooms will sell quickly and advise you to make reservations early, well before the cut-off date of March 14.  After that date, reservations will be accepted at prevailing rates on a room available basis.
