All registration rates admit you to the technical program and exhibits, plus continental breakfasts, lunches, Sunday evening reception and Monday Awards Ceremony and Banquet. A CD with presentation slides for every session on the program is also included.
Cancellations must be in writing, received no later than April 7, 2008 for a refund less a $50 processing fee. If you cannot attend, you may send a substitute; you must notify us of the substitute’s name. |
