As the premier OR/MS conference, INFORMS Annual Meeting 2007 invites submissions in all areas of the field, broadly defined. We particularly invite submissions in areas that illustrate the use of OR/MS in novel ways or in nontraditional fields, in keeping with the “Spirit of Technology.”
GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION
Online Submission – Speakers/Session Chairs Must Register
All submissions are made online. Only one contributed paper is accepted from the same presenting author. All attendees, including speakers and session chairs, must register and pay the registration fee. If you need an early confirmation for visa or budgetary reasons, please indicate this in the “Comments” field on the online form.
Preliminary Deadline: May 15, 2007
Abstracts received by the preliminary submission deadline, June 1, will receive preference in scheduling. We will continue to accept contributed abstracts after the deadline for as long as space is available. We encourage you to submit early.
Program Online in August
Once the preliminary program schedule has been finalized, it will be posted on the Web. All speakers will receive an e-mail directing them to the online program for the date and time of their presentations, as well as information on registration, A/V, hotels and other speaker guidelines.
Program Search
The online preliminary program will be updated regularly. You can search easily on key words, authors, clusters and sessions. You can also create a personalized itinerary. All meeting attendees will receive a printed copy of the final INFORMS Seattle 2007 program at the meeting.
