Creating Value in B2B Supply Chains through Data and Analytics

Monday, April 12, 1:45-2:25pm EDT

Data is a steppingstone for an effective digital strategy. In most organizations, the velocity of innovation is directly proportional to the maturity of data culture. In this presentation, Lalit Wadhwa – VP, Advanced Analytics at WESCO shares a framework that B2B companies can leverage to monetize their data, specifically through a focus on use cases in the organization’s supply chain. The framework builds around four key ingredients – data quality & governance, use case selection & prioritization, data & analytics skillsets, and data culture.
