Each session is 90 minutes, so divide that by the number of presenters. You will bring them with you and present using\u00a0<strong>your own computer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>You do not need to submit your full paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Your Audio-Visual Requirements<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>There will be a projector and screen in every session room.<\/li>\n<li>Please\u00a0<strong>bring your own laptop\u00a0<\/strong>or notebook to connect to the projector in your meeting room. If you have a Mac, please\u00a0<strong>bring your own adapter<\/strong>. Your computer output (USB-A, USB-C, etc.) will need to connect to the projector\u2019s HDMI input. If your computer has an HDMI port, no adapter is needed. Technical assistance will be available if necessary.<\/li>\n<li>If needed, please <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">bring your own power adapter<\/span> (Singapore operates on a 230V supply voltage with G plugs).<\/li>\n<li>We strongly recommend you also bring your slides on a USB as backup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Presentation Guidelines<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The room and location of your session are listed in the Sessions section and in the mobile app schedule. Please be on time for your session and check in with the session chair.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentations are expected to be in English.<\/li>\n<li>Limit the presentation to key issues with a brief summary.<\/li>\n<li>Time your presentation to fit within your designated time span, leaving time for audience questions.<\/li>\n<li>You may bring copies of your paper or other handouts to distribute to the audience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Posters<\/h4>\n<p>Poster presenters need to provide a hard copy of their poster to display on-site.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Please bring a standard A0 size poster (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 mm) or smaller. The poster orientation should be done vertically\/portrait. We will be displaying 2 posters per poster board. Your poster should cover the main points of your work and be as self-explanatory as possible.<\/p>\n<h4>Session Chairs\u00a0<\/h4>\n<p>The role of the chair is to coordinate the smooth running of the session. Please begin your session on time with a brief introduction and remind attendees to silence their phones. Meeting rooms will not have reliable internet access.
