With experience in diverse industries like health care, defense, and call centers, James has led both large scale projects and focused improvement efforts. His passion is helping others maximize their potential through a rigorous understanding of problems, an inclusive solution development process, and improvement implementation plans that ensure success. James is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering. James also holds a MBA from Mary Washington College, where he graduated at the top of his class. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
