Kaylee Herrington

Kaylee Herrington is a dedicated leader at Kainos Inc., based in downtown Indianapolis, where she built and manages the Early Careers Program across North and South America. She has developed a distinctive workplace culture design, recognized for fostering inclusive, innovative, and high-impact professional environments.

At Kainos, Kaylee has played a pivotal role in shaping the Early Careers Program, with a strong emphasis on leadership development, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. She believes that generational change begins at the front door of the corporate world—hiring and empowering brilliant young professionals to become the changemakers of the industry. Her work has driven initiatives that support emerging talent, create safe spaces for underrepresented groups in tech, and establish meaningful connections between employees and their communities.

Under Kaylee’s leadership, Kainos has cultivated a thriving workplace culture, earning the prestigious Great Place to Work certification in 2024 and setting new benchmarks for corporate engagement and employee development. Additionally, Kainos was a finalist for the TechPoint MIRA Awards’ Excellent Employer of the Year in 2024, with the company’s Early Careers Program recognized for its local impact in Indianapolis.
