Melanie is Senior Principal Team Leader in Chick-fil-A’s Advanced Analytics & Automation team. She is fortunate to lead a team of Analytics Portfolio Leads who steward enterprise level, cross-functional advanced analytics products through the full analytics product lifecycle, striving to enable the organization to make better, faster decisions through analytics. Melanie is a strategy and analytics leader with experience in both CPG and QSR industries. She held a variety of insights, data and analytics, and strategy and planning roles at The Coca-Cola Company before joining Chick-fil-A’s Enterprise Data & Analytics team. Melanie has a passion for enabling her teams to leverage data and analytics to develop effective strategies and tactics to better serve customer needs.  When Melanie isn’t serving in her role at Chick-fil-A, she is usually spending time with family, watching her son play football, enjoying the outdoors, traveling or visiting her favorite Chick-fil-a drive thru.
