A Word from the General Chair
While our current environment of physical (not social!) distancing and isolation led to the unfortunate cancellation of the 2020 INFORMS Business Analytics Conference in Denver, it is my pleasure to invite you to join us for a unique virtual analytics event on May 18-22, 2020.
Now more than ever, the value of data sharing and utilization cannot be understated. The virtual conference will include 13 unique presentations covering the latest research and achievements in topics of great importance in the analytics community, including ethics in data, decision and risk analysis, revenue management & pricing, machine learning, marketing analytics. We will also explore emerging analytics topics and look at the role of analytics in addressing the COVID-19 pandemic.
Participants will have access to a robust content library and networking opportunities within the INFORMS Connect platform. While virtual, the conference will still enable participants to interact with fellow attendees and create new connections and maintain existing ones, an essential component of any meeting experience.
We look forward to welcoming you to a one-of-a-kind virtual analytics experience!
