AV, bring your laptop, courtesy to speakers<\/h3>\n

Computer projectors will be available in every technical session room. You must bring your own laptop (or plan to share with another presenter) and AC power adapter. If you have a Mac, don\u2019t forget your own adapter. Technical assistance will be available for any AV problems.<\/p>\n

During technical sessions, please silence all cell phones and other mobile devices. Also note that the use of camera and recording devices is prohibited unless you have received prior permission from the speaker.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Registration<\/h2>\n

Full-service registration and badge pick-up for attendees, speakers, VIPs, and guests is located on Level 4 in the foyer outside the Texas Ballroom A-D on\u00a0Sunday 7am-5pm<\/strong>,\u00a0Monday 7am-5pm<\/strong>, and\u00a0Tuesday 7am-3pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you are already registered, you\u2019ll only need to print out your badge and pick up your conference materials. Please go to the \u201cConference Check-in\u201d kiosks near Registration found in the Texas Ballroom Foyer.<\/p>\n

Prior to the conference, you will receive an email containing a QR code that you can scan at the kiosk. You can either print your confirmation with the QR code and bring it with you, or access your email from your smart phone and scan it directly from there.\u00a0<\/p>\n

You may also use the keyboard to look up your registration record using your last name and the email address you used to register.<\/p>\n

Badges are required for technical sessions and all meeting events. All attendees, including speakers and session chairs, must register and pay the registration fee. <\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Download the \u201cINFORMS Meetings\u201d App<\/h2>\n

The conference schedule, presentation and exhibit details, and maps can be found on the mobile app. To download, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search for \u201cEngagefully.\u201d Once installed, open the app and search for \u201cINFORMS.\u201d The conference event will be live Thursday, March 31 and will appear then. You can download the app before the event is live.<\/p>\n

When you view the conference schedule, browse through presentations and events, or search for specific speakers\/keywords. As you find events\/presentations that interest you, click on the checked calendar icon to add it to your schedule.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Accessing Conference Contents<\/h2>\n

How to access Analytics Conference presentations:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Log in to http:\/\/connect.informs.org<\/a> with your INFORMS username and password.<\/li>\n
  2. Go to the 2022 INFORMS Business Analytics Conference community<\/a> and c<\/span>lick on the \u201cLibrary\u201d tab, this will default to the folder view.<\/li>\n
  3. Click the gray plus (+) to the left of the folder to display the tracks for that day. A Day or Track folder may show zero (0) items in the folder, just continue opening the folders to access the presenter name folders where the uploaded slide files are entered.<\/li>\n
  4. Highlight the presenter folder in blue that you would like to view the presentations from, the presentations from that track will display in the right-hand \u201cFolder Contents\u201d column.<\/li>\n
  5. Double click the name of the presentation.<\/li>\n
  6. Scroll down to Download or Comment on the presentation.<\/li>\n
  7. Questions about the presentation? Click on the \u201cDiscussion\u201d tab and ask a question.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To look up an attendee, click on Members to either search for an attendee by name or browse through a list.<\/p>\n

    While you are in Connect, take a minute to update your profile (studies have shown that people are more likely to engage with a profile picture, as opposed to the gray silhouette!) and connect with fellow attendees.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
