Wikum has dedicated his nearly 30-year career to helping clients achieve superior results by making better, data-driven decisions. He is currently an analytics consultant for Wikalytics, LLC. Erick\u2019s previous work experience includes diverse technical and leadership roles and industry applications working for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), IBM, Schneider, Norfolk Southern, and the U.S. Air Force. Erick earned M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in operations research from Georgia Tech and a B.S. in operations research and mathematics from the United States Air Force Academy. He is an active member of INFORMS, having recently served as president and Subdivisions Council representative of the Analytics Society. He is an associate editor of the <i>INFORMS Journal on Applied Analytics<\/i>. In this role, he leads ACI\u2019s Data Science Research Team and manages ACI\u2019s on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, platform, tooling, and pipelines for data engineering and management, advanced analytics, algorithm and model development, modeling and simulation, and testing and evaluation. His research portfolio aims to advance the body of knowledge in data science, operations research, artificial intelligence, statistical computing, and advanced analytics to support the cyber and information domain for the Army, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community. He also oversees ACI\u2019s Intelligent Cyber-Systems and Analytics Research Laboratory (ICSARL), which is focused on researching, building, assessing, and deploying computationally intelligent, assured, and distributed decision-support models, tools, and systems for autonomous cyber operations in highly-contested, complex battlefield environments. Nathaniel also serves as assistant professor of operations research and data science at the U.S. Military Academy (USMA). His focus is in the transportation\/logistics and hospitality industries. Prior to assuming an advisory role, Tudor was a director of Revenue Optimization Innovation in the Distribution and Revenue Management Strategy Department at the InterContinental Hotels Group in Atlanta. In that role, Tudor was responsible for the identification and exploitation of revenue\/profit opportunities using research techniques from such study areas as operations research, economics, and psychology. Tudor has published scientific papers in<i> Manufacturing &amp; Service Operations Management <\/i>and <i>Transportation Science<\/i>. Her current research activities focus on data analytics, supply chain management, optimization under uncertainty, and network design for hazardous material transportation, distribution, and airline operations. She is leading several industry collaborations on data analytics funded by federal and provincial grants. Some of her industry collaborators include Bombardier Inc., Navtech Inc., and Dematic Ltd, MedAvail Technologies Inc. She has published work on large-scale optimization, optimization under uncertainty, network design and analysis, supply chain management, hazmat transportation, and airline operations planning. Her work appeared in the<i> Journal of Global Optimization, Omega: The International Journal of Management Science, Networks, Computers and Industrial Engineering<\/i>, and <i>IIE Transactions<\/i>, among others.<\/p>\n<p>Professor Gzara received a Ph.D. in management from the Desautels Faculty of Management, McGill University, and M.S. and B.S. degrees in industrial engineering from Bilkent University (Ankara, Turkey). She was assistant professor at York University from 2006 to 2009. He is a member of the Board of Directors of MORS (Military Operations Research Society). He is a former member of two Defense Science Board task forces, a former member of the Board of Directors of INFORMS for six years, a former chair of the Applied Probability Socity and the Telecommunications subdivision, and is a Fellow of INFORMS. He has been an editor of <i>Operations Research, Management Science<\/i>, and <i>INFORMS Journal on Computing<\/i>. He has 38 years of experience as an analytics consultant and supply chain manager. As senior principal consultant with FICO\u2019s Xpress Optimization team, his role was helping organizations understand the potential of applying optimization and advanced analytic methods to help solve tough business problems in short order. This took form as diagnosing opportunities to help solve their problems, demonstrating capabilities with their data, and framing up training and\/or development efforts. Prior to FICO, Jim led the Advanced Analytics team at Land O\u2019Lakes, solving collaborative supply chain challenges in product design, product mix, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution.<\/p> <p>Jim has been a member of TIMS and INFORMS since 1983, and a Roundtable representative for FICO and Land O\u2019Lakes from 2006-2020. She is leading several industry collaborations on data analytics funded by federal and provincial grants. She has published work on large-scale optimization, optimization under uncertainty, network design and analysis, supply chain management, hazmat transportation, and airline operations planning.
