Her past work includes Customer Lifetime Value, Cross Sell Recommendations, Lead Touch Optimization, Marketing Effectiveness, and Client Experience Analytics.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining IBM, Heather was a mathematics professor at Rutgers University, University of Massachusetts, and Vassar College.
