End to end shipment visibility, complexity have historically been more challenging for rail in comparison to other modes of transportation. At TrinityRail, we integrate GPS and sensor data, with various data sources to give our customers real time shipment condition, and leverage Machine Learning analytics to present actionable intelligence to reduce supply chain gaps and enhance fleet utilization through Trinsight, our digital service platform. This presentation will highlight how Trinsight provides rail customers with easy to use, exception management tools. TrinityRail recently collaborated with Boston Consulting Group who published a primer on the use of technology and telematics in rail.
