Supporting the Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Through the Industry-University Collaborative Analytics Program<\/h2>\n

Delta Air Lines and Georgia State University\u2019s J. Mack Robinson College of Business recently co-developed an analytics certificate program, Delta Analytics Academy (DAA), to remove barriers to career paths in analytics within the company. Designed for frontline operational experts, the DAA provides career advancement opportunities for individuals in traditionally overlooked talent pools while supporting the organization\u2019s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. The DAA is an excellent example of the industry-university collaborative analytics programs that respond to industries\u2019 demand for talented analytics professionals. This presentation will summarize the program\u2019s development process and share the lessons learned from the DAA.
