These solutions empower decision-makers by embedding techniques from statistics, optimization, simulation, and machine learning into applications that users interact with. Beyond delivering scientific innovations and implementations, Cara looks for ways to empower team members, create a sense of belonging, and develop analytics &amp; technology leaders of the future. Cara joined Disney in 2010. Prior to that, she worked as a systems engineer in the defense industry.
