The team focuses on advancing value chain capabilities using advanced analytics in optimization, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in how Chevron plans, transports, and trades its products. In addition to his work with chevrons value chain businesses, Reece is also a part of the enterprise data science leadership team, helping build the future of data science at Chevron.<\/p>\n<p>Reece graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Economics and a M.S. in Business Analytics. This presentation will focus on how Chevron uses mathematical optimization to provide an efficient, feasible, and reliable planning schedule that is easily scenario tested under ever-changing energy markets.
