LoadMax is a data science model based optimization solution created to generate a 3-Dimensional \u201cload plan\u201d for outbound operations. The goal of LoadMax is to minimize the number of freight containers in a shipment by deploying a scalable advanced optimization solution. We have developed a sophisticated mathematical Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) and Rule Base Heuristics model containing thousands of decision variables and constraints, with the model recommendations integrated into the international outbound operations at the Johnson and Johnson MedTech logistics center.
