The Indianapolis International Airport (IND)<\/strong> is located 14 miles from the JW Marriott Indianapolis.<\/p>\n

Indianapolis Union Station<\/strong> is located approximately 6 miles from the hotel. Amtrak\u2019s Cardinal line serves the terminal.<\/p>\n

Ground\u00a0Transportation<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The hotel does not offer a shuttle service but Uber and Lyft services are available throughout the city of Indianapolis.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Parking validation is not available for conference attendees.

Self-parking is available for the daily rate of $55\/day. The self-parking entrances are located off of Maryland Street and Washington Street.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

Valet parking is available for $75\/day.\u00a0 The valet parking overnight guest rate is between $60-$70.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Presenters: AV, Bring your Laptop<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Computer projectors will be available in every session room. You must bring your own laptop (or plan to share with another presenter) and AC power adapter. Mac users, don\u2019t forget your own HDMI adapter (i.e., dongle). Technical assistance will be available for any AV issues.<\/p>\n

Courtesy to Speakers<\/strong><\/h3>\n

During sessions, please silence all cell phones and other devices. Also note that the use of cameras and recording devices is prohibited unless you have received prior permission from the speaker.<\/p>\n

Conference Check-in<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Conference check-in, including badge pick-up for attendees, speakers, VIPs, and guests, and a full-service registration desk, are located in Griffin Hall on the second floor of the\u00a0JW Marriott Indianapolis on\u00a0Sunday, 7am-5pm<\/strong>,\u00a0Monday, 7am-5pm<\/strong>, and\u00a0Tuesday, 7am-5pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you’ve already registered, you may print your badge and pick up your conference materials. You will be required to\u00a0enter your last name to check in<\/strong>. Once you have confirmed your registration, your badge will print out. Please proceed to the adjoining area to pick up your lanyard and conference materials.<\/p>\n

Badges are required for conference sessions, meals, and all meeting events, including the Edelman Gala. All attendees, including speakers and session chairs, must register and pay the registration fee. Lost badges can be replaced at the Conference Check-in desk for a nominal fee.<\/p>\n

When you view the conference schedule, you can browse through presentations and events or search for specific speakers\/keywords. As you find events\/presentations that interest you, click on the checked calendar icon to add it to your schedule.<\/p>\n
