Unregistered speakers will be notified, and their presentation may be removed from the program.<\/p>\n<h2>Presentation Limitation<\/h2>\n<p>An attendee<span style=\"font-weight: bold\">\u00a0<\/span>may <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">make only one presentation <\/span>at the conference (invited, contributed, or poster). The first presentation submitted with the individual listed as a presenter will be accepted.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>An attendee may participate on only one panel.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Presentation Types<\/h2>\n<p>Technical sessions will be <strong>75 minutes<\/strong> in length for the <strong>2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>For all presentation types, speakers must be registered and paid by July 22, 2026, in order to be scheduled.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 20px\">\n<h3><strong>Invited Submissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>(Community Sessions, Committee\u2019s Choice Sessions, and Job Market Showcase)<br><\/em><\/p>\n<p>These sessions are submitted by a <strong>Session Chair<\/strong> who has organized a complete session.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Typically include <strong>4\u20135 presentations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Each presentation is <strong>15\u201318 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Job Talk Submissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/annual\/job-market-showcase-cluster\/\">Job Talk Showcase<\/a> sessions are highly visible sessions designed to centralize job seekers and employers in one dedicated space. This track provides an opportunity for recent and soon-to-be graduates to present their research and engage with potential employers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>4 presenters<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Each presentation is <strong>18 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Contributed Submissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Contributed submissions are submitted directly by presenters using the <strong>\u201cSubmit an Abstract\u201d<\/strong> button above.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Typically organized into sessions with <strong>approximately 10 presentations<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Each presentation is approximately\u00a0<strong><strong>7 minutes<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Poster Submissions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/annual\/poster-sessions\/\">Posters<\/a> are submitted by presenters using the <strong>\u201cSubmit an Abstract\u201d<\/strong> button above.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/annual\/poster-competition\/#\">poster competition<\/a> will take place during the Annual Meeting.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters must bring a <strong>physical copy of their poster<\/strong> to display onsite at the meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Abstract Guidelines (Size\/Length)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: initial\">Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"background-color: initial\">Letters, numbers, and common math symbols* accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>All abstracts must be in English.<\/li>\n<li>Do not include title or author information in the body of your abstract.<\/li>\n<li>Abstracts will be published exactly as entered if accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Review your abstract and check for typographical and spelling errors, coherence and technical content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>PLEASE NOTE<\/b>: Use Unregistered speakers will be notified, and their presentation may be removed from the program.<\/p> <h2>Presentation Limitation<\/h2> <p>An attendee\u00a0may make only one presentation at the conference (invited, contributed, or poster). The first presentation submitted with the individual listed as a presenter will be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>An attendee may participate on only one panel.<\/p>\n<h2>Presentation Types<\/h2> <p>Technical sessions will be <strong>75 minutes<\/strong> in length for the <strong>2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting<\/strong>.<\/p> <p><strong>For all presentation types, speakers must be registered and paid by July 22, 2026, in order to be scheduled.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Invited Submissions<\/strong><\/h3> <p><em>(Community Sessions, Committee\u2019s Choice Sessions, and Job Market Showcase)<br><\/em><\/p> <p>These sessions are submitted by a <strong>Session Chair<\/strong> who has organized a complete session.<\/p> <ul> <li>Typically include <strong>4\u20135 presentations<\/strong><\/li> <\/ul> <ul> <li>Each presentation is <strong>15\u201318 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li> <\/ul> \u00a0\n<h3><strong>Job Talk Submissions<\/strong><\/h3> <p><a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/annual\/job-market-showcase-cluster\/\">Job Talk Showcase<\/a> sessions are highly visible sessions designed to centralize job seekers and employers in one dedicated space. This track provides an opportunity for recent and soon-to-be graduates to present their research and engage with potential employers.<\/p> <ul> <li><strong>4 presenters<\/strong><\/li> <li>Each presentation is <strong>18 minutes<\/strong>.<\/li> <\/ul> \u00a0\n<h3><strong>Contributed Submissions<\/strong><\/h3> <p>Contributed submissions are submitted directly by presenters using the <strong>\u201cSubmit an Abstract\u201d<\/strong> button above.<\/p> <ul> <li>Typically organized into sessions with <strong>approximately 10 presentations<\/strong><\/li> <li>Each presentation is approximately\u00a0<strong><strong>7 minutes<\/strong><\/strong>.<\/li> <\/ul> \u00a0 <h3><strong>Poster Submissions<\/strong><\/h3> <p><a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/annual\/poster-sessions\/\">Posters<\/a> are submitted by presenters using the <strong>\u201cSubmit an Abstract\u201d<\/strong> button above.<\/p> <ul> <li>A <a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/annual\/poster-competition\/#\">poster competition<\/a> will take place during the Annual Meeting.<\/li> <li>Presenters must bring a <strong>physical copy of their poster<\/strong> to display onsite at the meeting.<\/li> <\/ul> <h2>Abstract Guidelines (Size\/Length)<\/h2> <ul> <li>Abstracts should be no longer than 250 words.<\/li> <li>Letters, numbers, and common math symbols* accepted.<\/li> <li>All abstracts must be in English.<\/li> <li>Do not include title or author information in the body of your abstract.<\/li> <li>Abstracts will be published exactly as entered if accepted.<\/li> <li>Review your abstract and check for typographical and spelling errors, coherence and technical content.<\/li> <\/ul> <p><b>PLEASE NOTE<\/b>: Use only \u201ctext pad\u201d when entering math symbols.<\/p>\n<p>[hubspot_cta id=\"514093a1-d251-4c47-afde-344b33a4b8fe\"]<\/p>\n<svg> <circle r=\"calc(50% -
