This track provides an opportunity for recent and soon-to-be graduates to present their research and engage with potential employers.<\/span><span style=\"color: #1c1b1b;font-size: 20px\">\u00a0<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #1c1b1b;font-size: 20px;font-weight: 300\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>    <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<!-- \/module text --><!-- module text -->\n<div  class=\"module module-text tb_7qbs357   \" data-lazy=\"1\">\n        <div  class=\"tb_text_wrap\">\n        <h2>Who Can Participate?<\/h2>\n<p>To be eligible to give a Job Talk, participants must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"812\" data-end=\"851\"><strong data-start=\"815\" data-end=\"849\">Be a current member of I<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-10877\" title=\"young woman student wearing cap in front of &quot;job&quot;
