Deadline:<\/span> May 20, 2026<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Poster Session:<\/span> Sunday, November 1, during the Welcome Reception<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Judging Session: <\/span>Sunday, November 1, during SD block<\/p>\n<p><em>All posters will be displayed in the Exhibit Hall.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Competition Submission Requirements<\/h2>\n<p>To participate in the Poster Competition, presenters must submit:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Poster title<\/li>\n<li>250-word abstract<\/li>\n<li>PDF of the poster (required)<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 minute presentation video (required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Judging Process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>An <strong>online judging phase<\/strong> will identify the top 25 posters to compete in the judging session onsite.<\/li>\n<li>Finalists will be evaluated during an <strong>onsite judging session<\/strong> on Sunday during the SD block.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Awards &amp; Recognition<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1st Place:<\/strong> $700<\/li>\n<li><strong>2nd Place:<\/strong> $500<\/li>\n<li><strong>3rd Place:<\/strong> $300<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Winners will also receive a certificate and be recognized in INFORMS newsletters, OR\/MS Today, INFORMS Connect, and on the INFORMS website.<br><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Poster Competition winners will be announced during the Welcome Reception.<\/span><br><br><span style=\"font-style: italic\">In order to receive the prize, winners are required to complete applicable tax documentation (Form W\u20119 for U.S. recipients or Form W\u20118BEN for international recipients).<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Onsite Presentation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Authors selected for onsite judging will have a total of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">15 minutes<\/span> with the judges to present their work and engage in discussion.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #84bd00;font-family: Lora;font-size: 34px;font-weight: bold;letter-spacing: -0.03em\">Not Competing?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Authors who are not selected for the onsite judging session will still present their posters during the General Poster Session.<strong><br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For general
