Here are some of the changes you can expect:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plexiglass sneeze guards at all reception areas and service areas<\/li>\n<li>Multiple hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the facility for staff and visitors alike<\/li>\n<li>Graphics and signage with reminders for practicing good health and safety habits installed at all entrances and throughout the building<\/li>\n<li>Touchless, automatic toilets, sinks, and soap dispensers in all restrooms<\/li>\n<li>Hands-free elbow door openers on all exterior and interior entry points<\/li>\n<li>Hospital-grade air filters and 24\/7 air circulation during events<\/li>\n<li>Modified food service policies, including touchless payment options<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Introducing Your Meeting Host<\/h3>\n<p>INFORMS is delighted to welcome back the 2021 Annual Meeting Host Brad Weaber with Brad Weaber Consulting Group, LLC, as the host of the 2022 Annual Meeting! Tune in as Brad talks with INFORMS Executive Director Elena Gerstmann about what she is looking forward to most at this year&#8217;s meeting.<\/p>\n<h3>Navigating the Meeting Venue<\/h3>\n<p>The fully in-person 2022 INFORMS Annual Meeting will take place at the Indiana Convention Center, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, and JW Marriott Indianapolis. Maps for the each of the meeting venues are available in the Meeting App as well as in the Quick Reference Guide, which you will receive upon checking in at the meeting. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icclos.com\/attendees\/\" data-feathr-click-track=\"true\">Find out more about what is available at the Convention Center.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Meeting Name Badges<\/h3>\n<p><b>Always wear your badge and hang on to it!<\/b> You will need your badge to attend all INFORMS Annual Meeting events at the Indiana Convention Center and other conference locations around downtown (including the JW Marriott, Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, and Indiana State Museum) and, of course, in the Exhibit Hall. For your safety, we recommend removing your name badge when leaving any of these locations and not wear your badge in public (examples: local restaurants, bars, etc.).\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3>Meeting Code of Conduct<\/h3>\n<p>Every attendee has agreed to adhere to the INFORMS Code of Conduct, requiring all participants to conduct themselves during INFORMS activities in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants and free from any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or retaliation.
