\"ProThe 2023 INFORMS Annual Meeting not only offers unprecedented access to thousands of cutting-edge sessions and countless networking opportunities, but this year\u2019s event will provide a unique opportunity to make a tangible and lasting difference in the lives of the homeless population in Phoenix. Pro Bono Analytics<\/strong><\/a> is partnering with St. Mary\u2019s Food Bank<\/strong><\/a> to provide an opportunity for Annual Meeting attendees to create individual comfort kits, featuring heartfelt messages and much needed toiletries and supplies, for those in need in our host city of Phoenix.<\/p>\n

\"ProThroughout the meeting, participants will have the opportunity to come together and create wellness packages for homeless individuals in Phoenix. We believe that every person deserves access to basic necessities, and these wellness packages will provide essential items to improve the health, hygiene, and well-being of those in need.

By participating in this event, you will actively contribute to addressing the pressing issue of homelessness in Phoenix. Your involvement will not only make a direct impact on the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness but also demonstrate the INFORMS community\u2019s commitment to giving back to our host city. How to Participate<\/h2>\n

Drop by any time the Exhibit Hall is open to help pack the comfort kits. It\u2019s a great way to spend your downtime in between sessions or during coffee breaks. Engage in meaningful conversations, connect with fellow attendees, and share insights on the many other ways OR\/MS and analytics can be applied to address societal challenges.<\/p>\n

In the lead-up to the meeting, we will also be accepting donations to help offset the cost of the supplies for the comfort kits. No gift is too small, and the more donations we raise, the more kits we can provide to those in need! Plus, you can learn more about other ways to give back to the INFORMS community.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
