Elevated standards of health, sanitation, and safety are practiced at these facilities.<\/p>\n<p>We encourage:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wearing a mask in the convention center and public areas of the host hotels<\/li>\n<li>Being kind and considerate to those who wear masks and prefer to refrain from shaking hands or being in large groups<\/li>\n<li>Washing hands often with soap &amp; water and utilizing hand sanitizer dispensers throughout the facilities<\/li>\n<li>Staying in your hotel room and seeking medical assistance if you experience fever or other symptoms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Navigating the Meeting Venue<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The 2023 INFORMS Annual Meeting will take place at the Phoenix Convention Center, with the Hyatt Regency Phoenix serving as the headquarters hotel. Maps for the each of the meeting venues are available in the Meeting App as well as in the Quick Reference Guide, which you will receive upon checking in at the meeting. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoenixconventioncenter.com\/attend\">Find out more about what is available at the Convention Center.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Nursing pods<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The Phoenix Convention Center offers two 4-by-8-foot private Mamava nursing pods. The nursing pods are in the atrium of the West Building and the second level of the North Building. Guests can unlock the pods by downloading the free Mamava app or by visiting the Information Desk and speaking with a Guest Experience Representative. Learn more in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phoenixconventioncenter.com\/faq\">Phoenix Convention Center&#8217;s FAQs<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Meeting Code of Conduct<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Every attendee has agreed to adhere to the INFORMS Code of Conduct during INFORMS activities, requiring that all meeting participants conduct themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants and free from any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or retaliation. Participants agree to treat each other with respect and consideration to create and ensure a collegial, inclusive, and professional environment.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.informs.org\/About-INFORMS\/Governance\/INFORMS-Code-of-Conduct\">Read more about the INFORMS Code of Conduct.<\/a><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reporting Hotline<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We are committed to a culture of openness, trust, safety, diversity, and inclusion. As you find events and presentations that interest you, click on the checked calendar icon to add to your schedule. The mobile app will be your go-to source for the most up-to-date #INFORMS2023 schedule information, as well as help you stay connected to INFORMS all year long. Click here for step-by-step instruction on how to download and navigate the app, including creating your meeting schedule and connecting with other attendees.<\/p>\n<p>Within the app, you also have the ability to scan other attendees\u2019 in-app QR codes to share your \u201cdigital business card\u201d with other attendees and exhibitors. Click on the Scan QR Code icon to open the scanner and view your own QR code.
