If your company would like to present a workshop, an $80 Audio Visual Fee is required.\u00a0\u00a0 These workshops are offered to attendees for no additional fee.<\/p>\n In addition to the Sunday Workshops, exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in the\u00a0Vendor Track<\/a> at WSC.\u00a0 The Vendor Track provides an opportunity for companies that market modeling and simulation technology and services to present their innovations and successful applications. For each reserved booth, vendors get a 45-minute time slot in the track. Papers and abstracts must use the\u00a0Authors\u2019 Kit<\/a>\u00a0in order to adhere to the publication format requirements.\u00a0 The links for submitting papers and abstracts are\u00a0here<\/a>.\u00a0 The extended deadline for submission for abstracts is September 1, 2017. Vendors also have an option to schedule a User Group Meeting on Tuesday, December 5, in the evening.\u00a0 There is no additional fee for Audio Visual. \nFor each slot in the Vendor Track, you have two options: submit a complete paper or an abstract.\u00a0 Abstracts and papers appear online and in the final program, but neither appear in the archival proceedings (IEEE rules).\u00a0\u00a0 Abstracts are lightly reviewed by the track coordinator and papers are reviewed by multiple members of the committee and may entail revisions.<\/p>\n
