A daily resort fee is included in your guest room rate. This fee will cover several in-room amenities which include high speed internet access, unlimited local and domestic long-distance telephone calls, daily newspaper at elevator landings, designated complimentary in-room beverages, Fitness Center access & pool, and a coupon book for the local area valued with a savings of $100.<\/p>\n

Advanced Deposit:<\/strong> you will be charged a one night\u2019s room and tax advance deposit at the time of booking in order to guarantee their room reservation.<\/p>\n

If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason you may do so (3) three days before arrival, 72-hours. Once you have your cancellation number and the hotel is notified, your one night\u2019s room and tax advance deposit charge will be refunded to them.<\/p>\n

You will receive your credit within 3-5 business days to the method of payment initially provided when making their reservation.<\/p>\n

The closest airport is Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) located 6.9 miles away from the Gaylord National.<\/p>\n

Please be aware that traffic can be very heavy\u00a0around the DC Area.\u00a0 Heavy traffic times vary but are typically between 6am-10am and 3pm-5pm.\u00a0\u00a0 Plan travel accordingly and note that some transportation costs (i.e. Uber\/Lyft) may vary depending on travel times.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Super Shuttle<\/a> is available for approximately $18\/person (one way); reservation required. Taxi fare is approximately $28 (one way) from DCA.\u00a0 The hotel does not provide shuttle service.<\/strong><\/p>\n
