If your company would like to present a workshop, an $100 Audio Visual Fee is required.\u00a0\u00a0 These workshops are offered to attendees for no additional fee.<\/p>\n<h5>Vendor Track<\/h5>\n<p>In addition to the Sunday Workshops, exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/wsc2019\/tracks\/#vendor\">Vendor Track\u00a0<\/a>at WSC.\u00a0 The Vendor Track provides an opportunity for companies that market modeling and simulation technology and services to present their innovations and successful applications. For each reserved booth, vendors get a 45-minute time slot in the track.<\/p>\n<p>For each slot in the Vendor Track, you have two options: submit a complete paper or an abstract.\u00a0 Abstracts and papers appear online and in the final program, but neither appear in the archival proceedings (IEEE rules).\u00a0\u00a0 Abstracts are lightly reviewed by the track coordinator and papers are reviewed by multiple members of the committee and may entail revisions. On the basis of many years\u2019 experience, the Vendor Track chairs strongly encourage a complete paper, which will have markedly more value in drawing attention to your topic (for example, by attracting citations in subsequent published work).<\/p>\n<p>Papers and abstracts must use the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/wsc2019\/authorsubmission\/\">Authors\u2019 Kit<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0in order to adhere to the publication format requirements.\u00a0 The links for submitting papers and abstracts are\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ssl.linklings.net\/conferences\/wsc\/\">here<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #8f1a1f;\">The submission deadline for complete papers is May 15, 2019 and the submission deadline\u00a0for abstracts is August 2, 2019.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For additional information on the Vendor Track, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:williame@umich.edu\">Edward J. If your company would like to present a workshop, an $100 Audio Visual Fee is required.\u00a0\u00a0 These workshops are offered to attendees for no additional fee.<\/p> <h5>Vendor Track<\/h5> <p>In addition to the Sunday Workshops, exhibitors have the opportunity to participate in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/meetings.informs.org\/wordpress\/wsc2019\/tracks\/#vendor\">Vendor Track\u00a0<\/a>at WSC.\u00a0 The Vendor Track provides an opportunity for companies that market modeling and simulation technology and services to present their innovations and successful applications. For each reserved booth, vendors get a 45-minute time slot in the track.<\/p> <p>For each slot in the Vendor Track, you have two options: submit a complete paper or an abstract.\u00a0 Abstracts and papers appear online and in the final program, but neither appear in the archival proceedings (IEEE rules).\u00a0\u00a0 Abstracts are lightly reviewed by the track coordinator and papers are reviewed by multiple members of the committee and may entail revisions.
