Our focus is on introducing the Simio platform by building a simple model from scratch and then using several pre-built models to demonstrate the major features of the platform. Specific topics include using the Standard Library objects, building custom objects, experimentation using Simio\u2019s ranking and selection and optimization tools, using structured data for data-driven\/data-generated modeling, and using Simio\u2019s simulation-based scheduling tools for developing scheduling solutions.
