To maximize traffic, the exhibit hall will flow directly from the keynote space.\u00a0 Exhibit spaces will be closed to traffic during keynotes and titan talks to minimize background noise.<\/p>\n

Exhibit hours were designed to maximize exposure to exhibitors and conference attendees. Coffee breaks will be served in the exhibit area at 9:30-10am Monday \u2013 Wednesday and 3-4pm Monday \u2013 Tuesday, so you\u2019ll want to be sure your booth is staffed during those times.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

On Monday and Tuesday, Exhibitors are encouraged to set up appointments with attendees between 4-5pm. This is an excellent time for demonstrations and\/or more in-depth product or sales information.<\/p>\n
