International Meeting App
The most up-to-date conference schedule, presentations, exhibit details, and maps can be found in the mobile app. To download, visit the Apple Store or Google Play Store and search for “Engagefully.” Once installed, open the app and search for “INFORMS.” Click the menu button to access the main menu of the app. Take some time to explore the event and update your profile image and information.
\When viewing the meeting schedule, you can browse through presentations and events or search for specific speakers/keywords. As you find events and presentations that interest you, click on the checked calendar icon to add to your schedule. The mobile app will be your go-to source for the most up-to-date schedule information.
If you have previously downloaded the INFORMS app, all you need to do is search for the 2025 INFORMS International Meeting under the events tab in your Engagefully app. We highly recommend downloading and familiarizing yourself with the mobile app before traveling to Singapore.

Meeting Code of Conduct
Every attendee has agreed to adhere to the INFORMS Code of Conduct during
INFORMS activities, requiring that all meeting participants conduct themselves in a professional manner that is welcoming to all participants and free from any form of discrimination, harassment, intimidation, or retaliation. Participants agree to treat each other with respect and consideration to create and ensure a collegial, inclusive, and professional environment. Important Travel Information
All travelers to Singapore are required to submit an SG Arrival Card before arriving in Singapore.
Please note that the SG Arrival Card is not a visa. Refer to the requirements for entering Singapore for more information.
Things to note when submitting the SG Arrival Card:
- Submit your SG Arrival Card within three (3) days prior to the date of arrival in Singapore. For example, travelers arriving in Singapore on 19 July 2025, must submit their declaration on or before 16 July 2025. This is to avoid unnecessary delays during immigration clearance.
- Submit your SG Arrival Card via https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/ or through the official “MyICA” mobile application that can be downloaded for free from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Beware of potential phishing sites if you choose to submit the SG Arrival Card through unofficial channels.
- Submission via the official SG Arrival Card e-Service is free of charge. ICA does not support or endorse services offered by commercial entities who provide assistance in submitting the SG Arrival Card at a fee. Please refer to this advisory for more information.

Poster Presentations
Monday, July 21st | AM session 9:30am – 10:00am | PM session 2:45pm – 3:15pm
Poster Sessions will be held during the AM and PM coffee breaks in the South Atrium.
Presenter and Chair Guidelines
Length of Your Presentation
The length of your presentation is determined by the number of presenters in your session. Each session is 90 minutes, so divide that by the number of presenters. Make sure to allow a few minutes for Q&A at the end of your talk.
Slide Format
- An optional PowerPoint template can be downloaded here.
- Use the 16×9 format option in PowerPoint.
- Use type no smaller than 20pt (24pt and larger is best).
- Slides do not need to be submitted before the meeting. You will bring them with you and present using your own computer.
- You do not need to submit your full paper
Your Audio-Visual Requirements
- There will be a projector and screen in every session room.
- Please bring your own laptop or notebook to connect to the projector in your meeting room. If you have a Mac, please bring your own adapter. Your computer output (USB-A, USB-C, etc.) will need to connect to the projector’s HDMI input. If your computer has an HDMI port, no adapter is needed. Technical assistance will be available if necessary.
- If needed, please bring your own power adapter (Singapore operates on a 230V supply voltage with G plugs).
- We strongly recommend you also bring your slides on a USB as backup.
Presentation Guidelines
The room and location of your session are listed in the Sessions section and in the mobile app schedule. Please be on time for your session and check in with the session chair.
- Presentations are expected to be in English.
- Limit the presentation to key issues with a brief summary.
- Time your presentation to fit within your designated time span, leaving time for audience questions.
- You may bring copies of your paper or other handouts to distribute to the audience.
Posters
Poster presenters need to provide a hard copy of their poster to display on-site.
Please bring a standard A0 size poster (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 mm) or smaller. The poster orientation should be done vertically/portrait. We will be displaying 2 posters per poster board. Your poster should cover the main points of your work and be as self-explanatory as possible.
Session Chairs
The role of the chair is to coordinate the smooth running of the session. Please begin your session on time with a brief introduction and remind attendees to silence their phones. Meeting rooms will not have reliable internet access. Please keep the session on track and do not let anyone speak over their allotted time.
