ALL SPEAKERS are required to register and make payment by May 21st, 2025. If speakers are not registered by May 21st, the speaker will be notified that their presentation will be removed from the program.
A Speaker is the individual who presents the content of a paper or abstract during a session at a conference or event.

Note the following requirements before completing your meeting registration:
- This meeting is governed by the Code of Conduct Policy for INFORMS Meetings and is strictly enforced. Please review the Code of Conduct Policy for INFORMS Meetings through the following link prior to registering: Code of Conduct.
- All attendees, including cluster and session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. INFORMS does not offer one-day registrations.
- *Your INFORMS membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the meeting to qualify for the member rate for registration. If your membership expires prior to the meeting, please click here to renew.
Group Rates
There must be 10 or more Member or Nonmember registrants from the same organization to get the Group Rate per person. Group rates do not apply to students or retirees.
- Member rate per team registrant: $660
- Nonmember rate per team registrant: $910

- By registering for and attending the 2025 INFORMS International Meeting, you grant INFORMS the right to use your name and photograph in INFORMS educational, news, and promotional material, whether in print, electronic, or other media, including the INFORMS website.

Buyer Beware – Fraudulent Conference Registration
The only way to complete your conference registration is through INFORMS. We have been made aware that there have been some phishing attempts for conference registration and accommodations. Please do not book with an outside booking agent. If someone contacts you via email or phone claiming to be the booking agent for the meeting, please do not respond to them.
