- ~10 minutes: Resume Review Sprint
Rapid scan of the top half + high‑impact edits (headline/summary, impact bullets, role alignment). - ~15 minutes: Coaching Focus (choose 1)
Interview Prep (behavioral/technical hybrid) or Personal Branding & Positioning or Career Trajectory Planning - ~5 minutes: Action Plan & Next Steps

How it works
- Arrive early to the Career Studio during the open house block.
- Check in at the desk at the entrance. (Staff will manage the queue and match you with the next available coach.)
- When it’s your turn, you’ll meet 1:1 with a coach for 30 minutes.
- If you don’t get a slot, you can stay on the stand‑by list in case openings occur.
What to bring / prep
To make the most of your 30 minutes, please bring:
- A printed resume (preferred) or a clean digital copy you can easily share,
- One target role/title you’re aiming for,
- Optional: a job posting link or 3–5 keywords you want to align to.
(If you choose interview prep, be ready to answer one behavioral question using the STAR structure and talk through a technical scenario.)
