From Signals to Strategy: Leading Predictive Intelligence for Enterprise Customer Success at AWS Scale

Enterprise organizations generate millions of data signals daily, yet translating that volume into decisions executives actually trust remains one of analytics leadership’s hardest problems. This session explores how AWS Support built a unified predictive intelligence platform that integrates 45+ data systems and over one million daily telemetry events into a single explainable framework for customer health, risk, and growth. Drawing from real-world experience scaling AI systems across cloud, defense, and education, this talk examines the leadership decisions behind the models — how to govern metric quality at scale, earn stakeholder trust in AI-driven recommendations, and build science teams that bridge technical depth with business strategy. Attendees will leave with practical frameworks for moving analytics organizations from reactive reporting to predictive, action-oriented intelligence that connects directly to revenue and customer outcomes.
