Developing Analytics Translator Skills: A Career Studio Workshop

Success in analytics isn’t just about technical expertise – it’s about translating insights into action. Analytics translators bridge the gap between business goals and technical implementations, ensuring that analytics efforts drive strategic impact.

As part of the Career Studio, this workshop will introduce the meta-problem framework, a powerful tool for refining problem definitions, navigating complex decision-making, and enhancing communication between technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Have you ever encountered these challenges in your work?

  • You’ve defined a problem and started solving it, but something still seems missing.
  • You’re implementing a solution, but it’s not going as expected.
  • You want to improve a situation but don’t know where to begin.
  • Stakeholders have conflicting opinions on the problem – or the solution.

If so, this session is for you. Zohar Strinka, CAP, will guide you through the key questions to ask, insights to uncover, and techniques to determine when to refine your approach. You’ll leave with practical skills to apply immediately – whether you’re looking to advance in your current role or stand out in the job market as an analytics professional.
