The 2025 INFORMS Analytics+ Conference will take place at the JW Marriott Indianapolis.
Guest Room Rate: $279 + tax per night.
All reservations must be made by Thursday, March 13. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. There is limited availability at this rate, and it will sell out! INFORMS is unable to assist with room bookings after the cut-off or once the block is full.
JW Marriott Indianapolis
As one of the largest JW Marriott’s in the world and recognized by Conde Nast as a Top Midwest hotel, the JW Marriott Indianapolis is located in central downtown, close to White River State Park. The hotel is connected via a climate-controlled skywalk to the Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium. After a busy day, indulge with dinner and drinks at OP Italian for fine dining or High Velocity, a top-rated sports bar. In the morning, grab a coffee from the convenient on-site Starbucks or breakfast in the Executive Lounge. Modern guest rooms and suites feature floor-to-ceiling windows that provide panoramic views of the Indianapolis skyline.

If we don’t meet our commitment, INFORMS could be financially responsible for lost revenue to the hotel or have to pay extra costs for room rental, etc.

Travel
The Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is located 14 miles from the JW Marriott Indianapolis.
Indianapolis Union Station is located approximately 6 miles from the hotel. Amtrak’s Cardinal line serves the terminal.
The hotel does not offer a shuttle service but Uber and Lyft services are available throughout the city of Indianapolis.
Parking validation is not available for conference attendees.
Self-parking is available for the daily rate of $55/day. The self-parking entrances are located off of Maryland Street and Washington Street.
Valet parking is available for $75/day. The valet parking overnight guest rate is between $60-$70.
