Note: Authors will need to enter the control number for your paper entered in Linklings when you register for the conference. The control number is part of the ID assigned to your paper/submission. For example, if the ID is con456s3 the control number is con456.. If you have more than one paper or poster please list them with commas. Example: con456, con789. Each accepted paper must have a separate, paid registration.

Board approval is required if any single registration is attached to more than one paper.

Please review Policies for INFORMS Meetings. Cancellations must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the first day of the meeting. Approved refunds will be issued minus a $200 administrative fee. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to Customer Service.

Limited Virtual Conference Access enables online only participants to:

• • Livestream the Plenary and Titan talks, or watch a recorded version within 24 hours
  • Livestream the Simulation Around the World (SATW) track and participate in live Q&A (Please note these will not be recorded)
  • Livestream the Introductory Tutorials track, which is planned to be held in a hybrid room (Please note these will not be recorded)
  • Download the conference mobile app which will contain the full schedule with papers and/or extended abstracts, and a list of participants (opt-in only) which can be used to make connections in our field

Important Registration Information:

• For invitation letters to obtain a visa, please complete the Invitation Request Form. If additional information is needed contact the Registration Chair: Ben Feng.
• All papers and posters must have a paid registration by the presenting author no later than October 7. Any paper or poster without a paid registration will be pulled from the program.
• Each accepted paper must have a separate, paid registration. Authors who wish to present more than one paper on a single registration must contact the Program Chair by September 1 to request permission for this. Clearly state which papers will be presented on the registration. These will be unusual circumstances and approved at the discretion of the conference leadership.
• Any presenter of a paper/poster must be an author of the said paper/poster. Non-author presenters are not allowed.
• Failure to appear to give a paper will result in removal of the paper from the abstracted Proceedings except in extreme circumstances such as illness or a death in immediate family. Such situations must be notified to the Program Chair as soon as possible.
