Sponsorship Levels & Opportunities

Sponsors will be listed in the program and website by sponsorship level, in alphabetical order.

Platinum Level

$7,500

Platinum Options Include:

• One Full Conference Registration
• 3 room sponsorships (logo on 8.5 x 11 session door sign)
• Vendor track presentation slot

Options include:

Opening Session 
The opening session takes place on Monday morning, offering exclusive exposure to the largest session of the conference. In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program and during the various presentations, they will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees.

Mobile App 
You will get special listing on the WSC mobile app including logo, company description, point of contact information and a direct link to your website. The app sponsor’s logo also appears on emails to attendees when they need log in information.

All Gold Sponsorship options includes the benefits for all sponsors plus:

• 1 room sponsorship (logo on 8.5 x 11 session door sign)

Options Include:

General Reception 
This is the largest networking event of WinterSim, attended by the vast majority of conference attendees. Signage with your logo to be provided at the reception.

Lanyard
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on the conference lanyard worn by all attendees.

Attendee Bags
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on the conference bags distributed at registration to all attendees.

Hotel Keycards
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on all hotel key cards used by attendees staying at the conference hotel.

Option include:

Daily Digest  
Each day of the conference, in person and virtual, a summary email will be sent to attendees.  The sponsor will be recognized in these emails with logo or brief company description and a link to their website.

Titans of Simuation (2 available)
In addition to the keynote panel, there are also two Titans of Simulation presentations, which generally have attendance comparable to the keynote.  In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program, the sponsor will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees prior to the Titan Talk.

Options include:

PhD Colloquium & Poster Session 
Your logo will appear on signage outside of the PhD Colloquium and Poster Session. These sessions are two of the most attended sessions, after the keynotes. 

Coffee & Refreshment Breaks (2 available)  
Signage with your company logo and tagline during the refreshment breaks on Monday or Tuesday.

Branded Giveaways
WSC will hand out your specialty item (pens, notepads, luggage tags, etc. with your logo) that you provide at the registration counter as attendees arrive.  Please note that all shipping and receiving costs will be incurred by the sponsoring organization.

Companies participating in these giveaways will not include logo on web-site or signage, as those are reserved for the attendee bags, lanyards, and hotel key cards that are part of gold sponsorship.
