*Nonmember rates include 1-year complimentary INFORMS Membership.
NOTE: Your INFORMS membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the meeting to qualify for the member registration rate. If your membership expires prior to the meeting, please go to the Self Service Center to renew. As a benefit of membership, you may register at the discounted rate for one Annual Meeting and one Analytics Conference during your 12-month membership period.
Note the following requirements before completing your meeting registration:
- This meeting is governed by the Code of Conduct Policy for INFORMS Meetings and is strictly enforced. Please review the Code of Conduct Policy for INFORMS Meetings prior to registering.
- All attendees, including committee members and selected speakers must register and pay the registration fee. INFORMS does not offer one-day registration.

- INFORMS Healthcare Conference is fully in-person.
- Name badges are required for all INFORMS functions.
- Your registration fee covers the Sunday evening social, coffee breaks and lunch on Monday & Tuesday, and the Edelman Awards Gala.

- By registering for this INFORMS event, you acknowledge that INFORMS may capture photos, audio, and video that contain your image, voice, name, actions, or likeness. You grant INFORMS the unrestricted right to use these materials now and in the future for lawful purposes, without compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you should notify the event organizers in writing before the event begins.
