Poster Presentations
These are submitted by a presenter using the “Submit an Abstract” button. You must bring a physical copy of your poster with you to display at the meeting. Posters must be submitted by May 4th 11:59pm.
Poster Guidelines: Posters should be printed on a single large sheet of paper/plastic/fabric that can be mounted on a bulletin board (Board will be provided by INFORMS.) The poster boards measure 96 inches wide by 48 inches tall. We recommend a poster size of 72 inches wide by 36 inches tall.

Presenters will be notified by email to submit their abstracts after the Session Chair has submitted the session.
If you have not received an invitation to submit your abstract from a Session Chair, please contact [email protected]. Do NOT submit it as a contributed presentation.
Abstract Guidelines and Submission Rules
Abstract should be 250 words maximum
- Letters, numbers, and common math symbols* accepted.
- All abstracts must be in English.
- Do not include title or author information in the body of your abstract.
- Abstracts will be published exactly as entered if accepted.
- Review your abstract and check for typographical and spelling errors, coherence, and technical content.
