His passion is helping others maximize their potential through a rigorous understanding of problems, an inclusive solution development process, and improvement implementation plans that ensures success. James is a proud graduate of Virginia Tech with B.S. and M.S. degrees in Industrial & Systems Engineering. James also holds a MBA from Mary Washington College, where he graduated at the top of his class. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
