Options include:

Opening Session
The opening session takes place on Monday morning, offering exclusive exposure to the largest session of the conference. In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program and during the various presentations, they will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees.

Mobile App
You will get special listing on the WSC mobile app including logo, company description, point of contact information and a direct link to your website. The app sponsor’s logo also appears on emails to attendees when they need log in information.

Titan Talks
The Titan talks take place on Monday and Tuesday midday, offering exclusive exposure to the many attendees as no other session will run at this time. In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program and during the various presentations, they will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees.

$5,000 USD

Options Include:

General Reception
This is the largest networking event of WinterSim, attended by the vast majority of conference attendees. Signage with your logo to be provided at the reception.

Lanyards
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on the conference lanyard worn by all attendees.

Giveaways
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on one giveaway distributed at registration to all attendees. The specific giveaways are still being decided –please contact us if your organization is interested.
Silver Level

$3,500

Option include:

Daily Digest
Each day of the conference, in person and virtual, a summary email will be sent to attendees. The sponsor will be recognized in these emails with logo or brief company description and a link to their website.

Coffee & Refreshment Breaks (2 available)
Signage with your company logo and tagline during the refreshment breaks on Monday or Tuesday.
Bronze Level

$2,000 USD

Options include:

PhD Colloquium & Poster Session
Your logo will appear on signage outside of the PhD Colloquium and Poster Session. These sessions are two of the most attended sessions, after the keynotes.

Simulation Around the World (SATW) Track
This track gives the opportunity for people from developing countries to virtually present their work at WSC. Your logo will appear on the website and your sponsorship will be used to support partial travel grants for SATW presenters wanting to attend the conference.
Additional Opportunities

Branded Giveaways
WSC will hand out your specialty item (pens, notepads, luggage tags, etc. with your logo) that you provide at the registration counter as attendees arrive. Please note that all shipping and receiving costs will be incurred by the sponsoring organization.

Companies participating in these giveaways will not include logo on website or signage, as those are reserved for platinum, gold, silver and bronze sponsors.
