Chevron primarily manages seven commodity supply chains, all of which are multimodal, including the use of truck, rail, pipeline, marine, and complex counterparty negotiations. This presentation will focus on how Chevron uses mathematical optimization to provide an efficient, feasible, and reliable planning schedule that is easily scenario tested under ever-changing energy markets. The presentation will also highlight where Chevron looks to leverage supply chain analytics to provide lower carbon energy across the globe.
