As the Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain at Imbed Biosciences Inc, he oversees forecasting, sourcing, manufacturing, and order fulfillment teams, ensuring the timely delivery of advanced wound care products to healthcare facilities worldwide. Sanjay previously held key supply chain roles at Accuray Inc and Philips Medical Systems, where he played a crucial role in managing the supply chains for cutting-edge cancer treatment and diagnostic imaging devices. Prior to his tenure in the healthcare industry, Sanjay spent approximately a decade as a merchant marine officer in leading global maritime logistics firms.
In addition to his extensive industry experience, Sanjay has led numerous supply chain digitization and data analytics initiatives. These initiatives have resulted in improved end-to-end visibility, resilience against disruptions, cost reductions, on-time delivery enhancements, and increased supply chain agility. His utilization of various data analytics and visualization tools for spend analytics resulted in the implementation of cost-saving measures, generating annual savings ranging from $6 to $10 million. This underscores Sanjay’s dedication to leveraging advanced tools and methodologies to drive significant business outcomes. Sanjay holds a Master of Engineering in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Logistics Engineering from The Ohio State University, and a Bachelor of Nautical Sciences from the Indian Maritime University.
