Guest Room Rate: $269 single/ double occupancy, plus taxes.
All reservations must be made by Sunday, March 24. Please make your reservations as soon as possible. There is limited availability at this rate, and it will sell out! INFORMS is unable to assist with room bookings after the cut-off or once the block is full.

We have negotiated numerous concessions and benefits that are based on ensuring attendees stay at the hotel. If we don’t meet our commitment, INFORMS could be financially responsible for lost revenue to the hotel or have to pay extra costs for room rental, etc.
- Added networking and social time with Analytics Conference attendees, sponsors and exhibitors is a key reason for attending an in-person event. By staying at the host hotel, you enhance opportunities to meet with colleagues and share experiences and ideas.

Travel
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress Resort is located 18 miles from Orlando International Airport (MCO).
Uber and Lyft pick-up and drop off is available right outside the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress’ front doors.
Self-parking for guests and visitors ins available in Lot #5. Handicap parking is available at the front entrance of the hotel. Additionally, electric vehicle charging stations are available at the front entrance of the hotel. Oversized vehicles, including RVs and vans, may be self-parked in remote lot #7.
Self-parking is available onsite for $34 plus tax/daily and valet parking is provided for $49 plus tax/daily.
