All Platinum Options Include:

• One Full Conference Registration
• Sponsorship of 4 individual online presentations, which include your logo and a link to your website.

Options include:

General Reception 
Customized napkins, two pull-up banners, and other special recognition at the reception.  This is the largest networking event of WinterSim.

Plenary (Welcome & Keynote)
The sponsor is the only sponsor of the plenary, offering exclusive exposure to the largest session of the conference.  In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program and during the various presentations, they will also be given an opportunity to present a 1 minute video to conference attendees.  

Badge Holder/Lanyard 
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on the conference lanyard and name badge worn by all attendees.

Sticky Footer 
This prime area of the virtual conference platform is visible on 99% of the conference platform’s sites; including main page, presentations, and attendee views.  The sticky footer will contain your logo and tagline, with a link to your web-site.  Meeting attendees will regularly be reminded of your contributions to the simulation industry.  This footer area of all screens of the virtual conference platform stays up for 12 months after the conference is over.  The sticky footer will be limited to 1 sponsor this year, providing exclusivity.

Chat Box
Each virtual session / presentation will have a chat box for attendees to communicate with the presenter.  These boxes stay active for 12 months after the conference.  The chat box sponsor will be the only logo on the chat box and is displayed in each presentation.

Additional Keynotes or Titans of Simulation Sponsor
In addition to the plenary keynote, there is the MASM (Modeling and Analysis of Semiconductor Manufacturing) and the Military keynote.  There are also 2 titans of simulation presentations, which generally have attendance comparable to the additional keynotes.  Your logo on general session screen prior to Keynote & Titans of Simulation sessions, logo added to banner located outside of general session room

• Sponsorship of 2 individual online presentations, which include your logo and a link to your website.

Options Include:

Daily Digest Sponsor
Each day of the conference, in person and virtual, a summary email will be sent to attendees.  The sponsor will be recognized in these emails with logo or brief company description and a link to their website.

Virtual Conversations Page
Your logo, with link to your web-site, appears on the virtual conference conversations page.  This page includes the public forums and the user’s inbox.

Social Outing Sponsor (TBD)
The planning committee is investigating a social outing that may include a facility tour or visit to a local company of interest.  Your logo would appear on all signage and communication for this event.

• Sponsorship of 1 individual online presentation, which include your logo and a link to your website.

Virtual Conference Log In Page
Your logo, with link to your web-site, appears on the virtual conference log in page.

Online PhD Colloquium & Poster Session (1 available)
Your logo, with link to your website, will appear on the virtual platform’s program and in the individual presentation for the online PhD colloquium and poster session.  These sessions are two of the most attended sessions, after the keynotes.

Coffee & Refreshment Breaks (2 available)
Signage with your company logo and tagline during a refreshment break of your choice.

Presentation / Roundtable Sponsor – $250
For each virtual presentation or roundtable you sponsor, your logo, with link to your website, will appear on the virtual platform’s program and in the individual presentation.  This is a great way to target your exposure to specific industries or topics.

Additional Vendor Track – $250
Exhibitors and sponsors may purchase additional vendor track sessions.  This is ideal for vendors that would like to tailor their message to several more specific topics.
